Afghanistan National Independence Front Claims Attack on Taliban Tank in Nangarhar

The Afghanistan National Independence Front has claimed that its forces targeted a Taliban tank with a rocket at around 3 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, in the “Kaga” area of Khogyani district in Nangarhar province.

In a statement accompanied by a video, the front said that the tank was destroyed in the attack and that three Taliban members were also killed.

The Afghanistan National Independence Front also claimed that its forces returned to their positions after the attack without suffering any casualties or losses.

As of the time of publication, the Taliban have not responded to the claim.
