The United States House of Representatives rejected an amendment by a vote of 314 to 104 that, if approved, would have halted approximately $3.3 billion in annual U.S. military aid to Israel.
The amendment was introduced with the aim of suspending military aid to Israel. However, the majority of lawmakers opposed it, meaning that U.S. military aid to Israel will continue under the current arrangement.
According to the voting results, 103 of the 212 Democratic representatives supported the amendment, highlighting divisions within the Democratic Party over the continuation of military aid to Israel.
