Mohammad Ismail Nazari is an Afghan author, artist, and researcher whose work spans a wide range of cultural, artistic, and intellectual fields alongside his academic background in geology.

Born in Kabul in 1970, Nazari began his early education at Totiya School, graduated from Habibia High School, and later earned a bachelor’s degree in Geology.

To date, he has authored eight books, six of which have been published. He began his artistic career with painting and later expanded his interests to stage magic, poetry, sculpture, artificial landscape design, and architectural façade design.

Nazari has also traveled to Russia, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Belarus, and the United Arab Emirates. He describes these journeys as opportunities to explore different cultures and gain new experiences.

Throughout his career, Mohammad Ismail Nazari has emphasized the importance of freedom of thought, support for artists, and fostering a more positive attitude toward cultural and artistic activities. He also states that, after years of studying various religions and philosophical schools of thought, he has developed a distinctive worldview.
