Rahela Rajayee :Rawzana Omid Social Organisation

” has emphasized the need for solidarity and unity among the people to confront authoritarianism and discrimination.

Rajayee, using the slogan “Let us break the chains of oppression through unity,” said that this is not merely a slogan, but a fundamental necessity for seeking justice and confronting authoritarianism and discrimination.

She added that authoritarianism and discrimination have always sought to weaken the collective will of the people by creating division and fear; therefore, confronting them requires the formation of broad solidarity and going beyond individual boundaries.

According to Rajayee, freedom and human dignity are not gifts from those in power, but rather achievements gained through struggle, perseverance, and the collective solidarity of the people.

These remarks come as August 15, coinciding with the collapse of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the Taliban’s return to power, has become one of the painful turning points in the country’s contemporary history. Since then, widespread restrictions have been imposed on civil liberties, the education and schooling of women and girls, and their participation in various areas of society.

Rajayee concluded by emphasizing that no chain can withstand the will of a united people.
