Amnesty International has reported that India sent at least 2,596 shipments containing weapons, ammunition, military components, and related equipment to Israel between October 7, 2023, the start of the Gaza war, and the end of November 2025.
According to the organization, its findings are based on an examination of trade and shipping records. Amnesty International warned that the continued export of military equipment to Israel, amid concerns over alleged violations of international humanitarian law in Gaza, could place India at risk of being considered complicit in violations of international law.
The organization called on the Indian government to suspend all arms and military equipment exports to Israel and to fulfill its international obligations to prevent participation in potential violations of international law.
As of the publication of the report, the Indian government had not issued an official response to Amnesty International's findings.
