The Afghanistan National Independence Front has claimed that its forces attacked a Taliban checkpoint at around 2 a.m. on September 26 in the Arzan-Qemat area, located in Kabul’s 12th Security District.
The front claimed that the checkpoint was completely destroyed in the operation and that four Taliban members were killed.
The Afghanistan National Independence Front also claimed that its forces seized some weapons and military ammunition from the checkpoint and that none of its members were harmed during the clash.
The front further said that it would continue its struggle to defend national values and establish justice and freedom in Afghanistan.
The claims have not been confirmed or rejected by the Taliban.
