Local sources told Panah Press that an explosion occurred on Saturday, August 22, near a market in the Dasht-e Barchi area of western Kabul.
According to the sources, the explosion was possibly caused by a hand grenade being thrown. Some sources said that a hand grenade struck a civilian vehicle.
