The 02 Hindukush National Fighters Front has announced its support for all forces opposed to the Taliban.
In a statement, the 02 Hindukush National Fighters Front outlined its position toward groups and forces opposing the Taliban and expressed political and moral support for the National Resistance Front, the Afghanistan Freedom Front, and other political, military, and civil forces opposed to the Taliban.
The front said that the struggle for Afghanistan’s freedom is not limited to any particular group or movement and, in its view, represents the aspirations of a large segment of the Afghan people. It also described unity and cooperation among forces opposing the Taliban as a “historic necessity” and welcomed any initiative aimed at creating a broad front and coordination among these forces.
The statement, signed by Fazal Rabi Rahmani, commander of the 02 Hindukush National Fighters Front, emphasized the establishment of an Afghanistan in which no ethnic, linguistic, religious, or political group is deprived of fundamental rights and where the country’s future is determined on the basis of the will and participation of all ethnic groups.
The front concluded its statement with the slogan: “Unity in the struggle, convergence in purpose, and freedom for Afghanistan.”
